The Carleton Lofts are located near the intersection of Raymond and University and are described as “affordable historic apartments dedicated to the arts.” This image is showing the landscaped areas between the apartments, which are more up-kept than its surroundings. This modern take on the landscape may be attributed to the recent refurbishing of these buildings, causing these infrastructures to standout.
