The Stone Arch Bridge, pictured, is a railroad bridge built in 1883. As its function of transporting goods fades, it is now a public bridge for people to cross. We’ve seen a pattern of more of the infrastructures and buildings left by the past citizens becoming cultural, recreational spaces. The present of the city is defined by reorganizing city spaces and transforming and/or adapting them to modern lifestyle.
